With her deep technical expertise in aerospace engineering and market development, she bridges the gap between industry needs, regulatory frameworks, and clean energy innovation. Her ability to align technology, policy, and business strategy makes her a key player in the future of aviation sustainability.


Dora, as Director of Sustainability & External Relations is responsible for the long-term development and sustainability of Marquis Energy Global, establishing valuable connections with potential markets worldwide while advancing low-carbon solutions.  Marquis Energy Global continues to innovate in low-carbon intensity bioethanol and feed, with a vision to achieve net zero and beyond.

With over 13-years in the petroleum industry, Dora has played a pivotal role in major upstream projects worldwide.  Her experience spans operations, technical leadership and strategic market development, bridging the gap between energy transition goals and commercial viability. A Mechanical Engineering graduate and a U.S. Navy veteran, she hopes to contribute to a future where flight and low-carbon energy solutions merge.  


The series aims to provide industry professionals and stakeholders with comprehensive insights and analyses of the latest developments and trends in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) specifically within the Asian context.
